SUP Yoga. In other words, doing sun salutations standing on a surfboard in the middle of the sea. Sounds chill? It is. Between the rocks of La Herradura or the calm bays of Almuñécar, you'll find spots where you can stretch, breathe and flounder if you do go over. You train your body, but you also laugh. A session lasts about an hour and you can usually just join in (minimum four participants), or paddle out on the water yourself with your own board. Zen with a sea breeze - we say do it.
