This circular walk of over 10 kilometers starts and ends in La Herradura, and takes you along the Punta de la Mona. Along the way you pass the lighthouse (Faro Punta de la Mona) and the atmospheric hermitage chapel atop the cliff. The trail alternates between quiet asphalt roads, gravel paths and stretches of nature, with views of bays such as Ensenada de los Berengueles along the way. The trail is varied, well-traveled and requires reasonable fitness - ideal for hikers who like a mix between nature and history.
